This fresh wine is a sepage of four Georgian varietals: 40% Tsitska, 20% Tsolikouri, 20% Krakhuna and 20% Donghlabi. It’s a perfect drink for a summer’s day, offering a fruity bouquet of green apple, ripe pear and citrus rind. On the palate it is focused and juicy, showing high levels of acidity and further details of honey and herbs. It is a great example of an unadulterated Imeretian wine - it was aged in Qvevri clay pots for 12 months, and bottled without filtering.
Consider pairing it with poultry, summer salads or fresh, meaty cheeses.
